Shipping/Freight:
For very bulky parts such as windows, large plates, and equal, there is an exception to the normal freight charges. We report increased freight charges before the order is shipped.

Complaints about the transport must be given to the shipping firm.

Shipping/Delivery time:
If the product/goods you purchased are in stock, and ordered before 13:30, we will send the same day, otherwise the next day.
If the product/goods are not in stock, delivery time is usually 2-4 days, if longer delivery time you will be contacted by us.

Payment:
Payment by credit card: To pay by credit card, enter card information. We check the Card online. If the card information is entered correctly, and the order is confirmed, we begin the processing of the order immediately. When the parts/goods are sent - and not before - the amount is subtracted. We accept VISA / VISA Electron / MasterCard / JCB

Prices:
Prices in the webcatalog are exclusive VAT & freight until shopping cart is finished and country is selected.
We are not responsible for price increases, exchange rate changes, force majeure, changes in tax, goods sold out and typographical errors.

Guarantee/Warranty:
New Parts: 6 month warranty and 2 years right of complaint.
Used Parts: 3 month warranty, unless otherwise indicated.
Unless error is due to an operational error, alterations, or misuse of the user.

Right of Return/Regret:
When a consumer orders products/goods at MBspecialist, they have a legal right, which of course we honour. The following requirements must be met before the right is valid.

  1. It must be a consumer sale 
  2. Goods must be returned within 14 days
  3. State must essentiality be the same
  4. Include a copy of the invoice or internet order and the return form


#1: What is a consumer sale?
Private persons, not a company. For commercial sales please refer to our general terms and conditions.

#2: When must the MBspecialist achieve?
It is important that we have the products back within 14 days. 14 days from the date on which you get the products from the shipping firm. Remember to keep return receipt until you get your money back.

#3: Will I lose my right when I open the package?
No, you are free, to open the outer packaging
If you open the product packaging, you must be careful. Product and packaging, as far as possible, must seem like new/unused.
If it is not possible to open the package without a little damage, you still have your rights respected

#4: Must I send anything with the parts?
Please add the following:
A copy of the invoice, the entire product, and a short letter or memo, in which you write that you want to use your right of return and why. Also include the filled out the return form.
Please add your bank account number, IBAN or SWIFT

Goods returned by "paid by recipient" or COD "cash on delivery" will not be accepted
